Hi there, I'm Bel—graphic designer and art director from Buenos Aires (Argentina) currently enjoying the slower pace of Hobart, Tasmania.
I started my career as a designer 12 years ago where I spent a lot of my time learning the ropes in advertising agencies as well as design studios, working for brands like Ford, Citibank and Pepsi. I learnt the importance of conceptual thinking—and the value it brings to any project, large or small—as well as a passion for craft and attention to detail.
After running my own design studio for over three years I was ready for a new challenge where I was hoping to inspire and be inspired by future generations of designers. This lead to four incredibly rewarding years at Shillington College where I had a full-time position as a teacher.
Today I run my own business providing a specialised service primarily in the areas of branding, editorial design and packaging—where I am known for my refined approach to design, with a passion for crafted typography and bold colour palettes.
Enough about me now. Feel free to get in touch, I would love to hear from you!
